St. Jude Dream Home Showplace
Thank you to everyone who toured the St. Jude Dream Home Showplace at the GRO Parade of Homes. Our stunning 2023 home was located in the Ashbury community in Vancouver, Washington. And the best part: 100% of the proceeds from the sale of this home were donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
We were truly honored to stand side by side with the vendors and suppliers, both national and local. These incredible men and women helped us raise a combined total of $973,149 from our two Dream Homes. We were so proud of each and every one of them. Although we had not yet reached our $1,000,000 goal in total donations, we were incredibly close.

The Sana, “Italian for healthy”, is a single level mid-century modern styled home on a large flat lot backing up to a city park with gorgeous mountain views which truly inspires natural living.
The home has a water purification system, an interior grow center, full home air management system and enough solar to offset all of the homes power needs. However, the real highlight of the beautiful home is that all the proceeds will be donated to the St Jude Research Hospital.
Our local construction industry of Vendors and Trades along with national vendors have all come together for this giving mission. The “home that love built” is not only beautiful and luxurious, it demonstrates how our amazing industry can come together to do great things.

“The Sedona”, which was featured in the NW Natural Parade of Homes in September. All proceeds from the sale were donated to support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital’s mission of “Finding Cures. Saving Children.”
The $1,350,000 Vancouver St. Jude Dream Home Showplace was built with donated labor and materials from local and national sponsors. Marnella Homes donated 100% of the net proceeds to the mission of St. Jude including a generous gift from the homebuyers.
